By accessing or using the Application, you agree to and are bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
1. Eligibility and Account
You must possess the legal qualifications required to use the Application.
The Application does not require you to create an account. You may still need to grant system permissions (such as photo access permissions) to use related functions during your use of the Application.
2. Features and Usage of this Application
This application may offer the following features (subject to actual version):
Album Reports: Statistics and display of photo/video resources;
Photo Merging: Combines selected images and can save them to the system album;
Duplicate/Similar Photo and Video Cleanup: Identifies similar or suspected duplicate resources and provides suggestions/assistive operations;
Image Text Extraction (OCR): Recognizes text in image content and displays the results within the application;
Application Cache Cleanup Guide: Provides guidance or helps you clean the cache/improve available device space (specific effects vary depending on device and system version).
3. Licensing and Compliance Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use this application, subject to these terms.
You agree not to engage in the following activities (including but not limited to):
Violating laws and regulations, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others; Unauthorized decompilation, cracking, reverse engineering, or other means of obtaining the source code or underlying structure of this application;
Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation or use of this application;
Using this application for the dissemination of illegal content, harassment, fraud, or malicious deletion/tampering with others' content;
4.User Content and Photo/Video Permissions
The core functionality of this application relies on your authorization of device system permissions (such as photo/media library access permissions). You can manage or revoke permissions at any time in iOS settings.
If you use functions such as "Merge/Clean/Recognize," you may need to select photos/videos and perform corresponding operations.
5.Accuracy, Results, and Risk Warnings
You understand and agree to the following:
Similarity detection/duplicate recognition/cleaning suggestions may contain misjudgments (e.g., similar but different content, identical but missed detection).
OCR text extraction may result in recognition errors, missing content, or layout deviations.
Before performing operations such as "delete/merge/clean up" that may cause irreversible damage, we recommend that you:
Back up important photos/videos;
Carefully verify the identification or suggested results;
Continue only after confirming that everything is correct.
Except as expressly required by laws and regulations, we are not liable for results caused by your operations or differences in third-party devices/systems.
6. Intellectual Property
This application, its software, interface design, trademarks, logos, copywriting, and related content are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to us or the relevant rights holders.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, lend, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The content you submit or authorize to use in this application remains owned by you or the content rights holder; you grant us limited use rights necessary for providing functionality (such as performing merging, identification, statistics, etc.).
7. Third-Party Services and System Capabilities
This application may rely on iOS system capabilities or third-party services (such as crash statistics, analysis SDKs, subject to actual integration).
The availability, accuracy, and performance of third-party services may be affected by their own policies or technical changes.
If third-party services are involved, these Terms do not alter the terms and privacy policies of those third-party service providers.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any delays, errors, or failures caused by iOS system permissions, network conditions, device storage limitations, system version differences, changes in third-party platform policies, etc.
9. Termination and Discontinuation of Service
If you violate these Terms or engage in illegal activities, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your use without prior notice or to the extent permitted by law.
You can terminate your relationship under these Terms by ceasing to use this application.
Termination does not affect any responsibilities or obligations incurred prior to termination.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published through in-app announcements or other reasonable means. Your continued use of this application after the terms are updated constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
